Add systemd unit example

Adds kolo-calc.service.example (modelled on aspa.service.example) and a README section.

Stacked on !1 (merged): targets its branch, GitLab retargets to trunk when !1 (merged) merges. The unit was checked with systemd-analyze verify; not yet run on a real host.
