Add Order Colocation card and JSON API card to the UI

Adds an Order Colo card (shown only when KOLO_ORDER_URL is set, so Hop179-only via deployment config; examples/hop179.env points it at https://my.hop179.net/order/main/packages/colo-qupra) and a JSON API card in the style of aspa.hop179.net.

  • KOLO_ORDER_URL: optional, validated at startup (absolute http/https only)
  • Order card sits under the calculator; API card under it
  • API card: curl examples using the page origin, collapsible parameters table
  • Tests: config validation, card order, escaping, unsafe schemes, card absent when unset

Not verified in a real browser (no headless browser here) — worth a quick visual check in light and dark mode.
